It's a heavy job separating the v6 engine and box but should be a simple swap.iirc yu will need the 12v flywheel,clutch,a roller bearing for the end of the crank for the lay shaft to locate into,full sump assembly,modify the exhaust headers or use the 24v headers,the rad and hoses will all work,you need to blank off 1 manifolds egr port and I can't remember where the take off for the brake servo is.
Quite an easy conversion,I managed to do a 2wd conversion 10 years ago so if I can do it a man of your calibre can.
Wiring depending on year of loom can be tricky,early loom without immobiliser is better.
