Ok I had a bit of free time on my hands in the last 20mins so I dug through google and found the following, basically the PAS pump is a generic hydraulic pump that is used on a lot of vehicles, and is non-Ford specific.

So my next query is, has anyone had experience of using these alternatives, or just stuck to 'Ford' ones?
