Well it would seem the socket to remove my wheel locking nuts has gone walkies

They are 19mm bolts

I read to buy a 20mm socket and hammer it on to the bolt.... easy?

I saw a tool on Halfords website, from what I gather you turn on the bolt clockwise and it scores its way on to it - then turn the other way and it locks on and removes it....... is it any good though?
