I was not there and only just seen this video.
I couldnt make my mind up whether it clipped the parked car at first or it sounded like something broke on it sending him across the road.That would be my excuse anyway
If you own anything rwd with a bit of power you should expect a bit of wheelspin and the odd sideways action if trying to boot it so to me either he was way to close to the parked cars or its the wrong car for that driver.
