I've disconnected the coil lead from the dizzy and cranked it over for a good 30 seconds 2 or 3 times but nothing is coming out. Only a few drips when i place the oil feed below on the floor (so gravity is pushing the oil out). I haven't removed the pipe at all from the block.

As for a blockage.... dunno, hard to tell through stainless steel braiding
