No wonder most cossie engines are worn, why not a 50W-80 engine oil
The thiner 40 weight oil leaks out / burns off as it gets too thin at temp turbo engines do use oil you know! The oil level stays at the norm much better with a 50 or a 60 which is a thinker oil at temp! Plus we are not talking about leaks as in drips on the drive and the engine covered in oil lol
We are talking little weeps. It's each to there own the guy can iver use what 95% use or recommend or do as you say lol
