I loved my BL cars. Had a 1973 MGB GT which I saved from a Manchester pub car park and restored.
Then had a 1981 Spitfire 1500. Great little machine that. Would go back to BL no problem. They have a very deep place in my heart for personal reasons......... And they both gave me less hassle than my current Series 2.
