Its not a difficult job, you need to remove the airbox assembley to get to it which is a pain. sometimes the breather hose from the assembly to the block can be damaged which mine was and needed to be replaced as well.
Have a look on FSTOC , im sure theres a 'how to' guide on there.
There is and its a very very common problem, £200 for the part is about the best you might get.
