One thing I wish my box had are the lift catch/latch drawers. One of Halfords' Pro boxes has lift catch/latch drawers, and they would be really useful on my SO box. Of course, mine's designed to have a lid with a front flap that stops the drawers opening, but I had to take the lid off as there wasn't room for it in my van. It's one reason I'm glad mine doesn't have roller bearing drawer slides, as they'd come open at even the thought of a corner! Once my drawers are loaded up with tools, they are quite heavy, but still slide open a bit when cornering at more than a snails pace. Lift catch/latch drawers would be nice, I must admit.
