Right Update. So so close i can smell the roses but now im stuck with a bolt.

tried cutting it out and drilling it out and im a bit stuck. my next plan was to go up in drill size and just create a new hole but if there are any other options that would be good.

tried removing with a screw remover tool but it just threded it.

pics enclosed but if anyone has any good ideas before the end of the day i would be most grateful as im going to stay late at work to get it finished.
