Its mot time and they have failed the rear brakes as they are down to 5% efficientsy virtually doing nothing, checked rear cylinders and shoes all like new.

Checked the compensators which seam to be free and slightly improve brakes when fully pressed manually but I'm still able to turn the wheels with one hand.
So I'm guessing master?
