Thanks Stu, I didnt know that about the rad being thinner, Will need to source myself one of them, I have a GRS front mount, would that do with the twin fans I take it? Im also dubious about drilling the head for a sensor is there not a pipe you can buy that has a sensor boss inside it as it comes out the housing?, Im sure I had one on a previous ford so would be interested how to overcome that one,

Think i will leave the pump as is and attach a gauge to it see how much fuel it supplies, it is the 1.6 mfi so I hope the pump is up to the task.

Now comes the fun part lol,

Where did you get the solid boost pipe to go from the cooler to the throttle body? is an ebay one good enough?
