Yes mate, the amal valve should 'click' when the ignition is turned on!! found this out the other nite. As its hard 2 heard from inside the car turn ign on and take the connectors off then plug it back on and you'll hear it.

Toe thanks,mine gets a 12volt signal when the ignition is turned on but it doesn't click.I'll have to get another from somewhere to try..........anyone got one?
Is it jetted ? when tuning the jet sizes are drilled out to suit engine so not necessarily any old one will do 4 u
Also pretty sure on one of my old ones it didnt have any guts in it so spose it used to work just as a bleed
But deffo no clicking
Basically saying it maybe a bit more involved than u thinking
And no soz cant offer any more help than the two things i already just put
