Ok did some measuring...
Between 11 and pin 15 0.008 V.
I have an old diagram wich states pin 15 as MAP sensor and pin 17 for TPS.
So to cover all bases I measured both with results between .008 and .010 V. I also took another ground from the car and measured pin 15 and 17 again with same poor result. Any advise what to do next?
