Default High Idle Cosworth L8 4x4

Hello I'm new to this forum so my profile is kinda of blank at the moment. The coming weeks I will ad some pics cause at the moment uploading from my iphone won't work(?).

The problem I have is a strange one (for me btw )

After garaging my Saph for many years I am trying to get her up and running again.

The damned thing had many faults which had to be sorted...I sorted most of it and replaced everything possible, sensors, filters, fluids and so forth.

Now the only problem which is left is this. I had a faulty TPS which caused stalling and generally let her fall dead (with a bang). I replaced it with a second hand PF09 from a Ducati. Now it idles at 2500 rpm hot or cold engine it doesn't matter. With the ISCV connected. Without plug connected I adjusted back to 500 rpm on a hot engine all electrics off.

A few facts:
I replaced all engine sensors no exceptions
I gapped TDC sensor
Replaced fuelfilter
Adjusted fuelpressure to specs req for map
I replaced ISCV
TPS was a second hand one and placed it same position as the old one.
Without ISCV connected it drives fine no hickups whatso ever. It pulls smooth from the line.
Currently not running boost, CO has to be reset.

Is my mindset correct;? A MW L8 Ecu with a black PF09 TPS will generally set itself to "0" (Idle) while throttle loose thus idling? I can't explain why it wants to Rev this high at Idle position.
Can someone set me straight? What am I missing.

Further specs of my Cos is a healthy oldschool spec running a T35 on greys a flowed head and mild cams. The ECU is a non lambda L8 red top.

So hoping for some help...the upcoming weeks I"ll complete my profile

Regards Kevin
