Can anyone advise me please?

Last week I took off my inlet manifold to paint it and today I went to replace it and found that my header tank was empty.

I thought I'd squeeze the main water pipes to see if I could find a leak, but all I found was water in the injector plate inlets and all around the injectors.


If that wasn't bad enough, I also have a problem with a front shock absorber. Last week I replaced the turret tops with chrome ones and today I found oil around one of the new tops. Does this mean I have damaged the shock absorber?

I would be really be grateful if anyone can advice me how to get out of this mess!
