I have a standard 4 door 1.3 Ghia Mk2 Escort and front and back suspension is a bit wayward.

I don’t want to rally sl@g it so no coil over kits - what suspension would you suggest?

Do standard Mk2 Ghia front struts have changeable inserts or are they a sealed unit?
