On my Mk 1 focus Rs, I noticed today the cpp switch hanging down by the pedals. On further inspection there seems to be a blanking plate where the switch should be fitted.

Can anyone shed any light on maybe a reason why? Doesn't seem to affect anything, I'm just curious.
