I can chip in to say the silver top mount won't fit the black top engine. We took the mount off my mates silver top thinking it'd be a straight swap up there not.

On the idler pulley front there was a guy selling a conversion bracket on eBay along with a bracket to drop the alternator down for about £40 posted.
