Im doing a zetec turbo my self and have an external and intank pump with a surge tank setup inbetween, braided fuel lines and adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge. Got the bosch 044 as my external pump, the bosch 044 will deliver 300lph of fuel which will be more than enough for me. Plan to run between 300-400bhp. Might be something for you to look into, there are in tank fuel pumps that offer 300lph but how accurate they are i couldnt say.
