Ive had coil overs before and there a hard ride.LOwering springs are good as well.It all depends on what your after doing with the car and what your budget is
ill mostly be doing normal comuting and take it to the track now and again
my opinion On coilovers is its alot of money if all you want them for is so you can adjust the height
I would like to get coilovers so if Show it off I can slam it but springs are less expensive
