Shampoo- meguiars gold class or autoglym, a lot of people like dodo juice but I have no experience with it
Polish- I like autoglym super resin polish
wax- dodo juice, depends on your budget though, can you afford zymol stuff? (Have a look, it gets pricey)
Clay bars- I get the autoglym kit (I'm an autoglym fan, plenty of other optionsd though), as for tips, cut the bar in half, use plenty of lube, and go in straight lines
As for microfiber cloths, I just get stuff off ebay. Wash them after every use.
