I'd be real concerned about the inside of the roof skin to be honest. You need to get that tray out and ground back the rust to see how far its gone.. Also when the tray is out you'll more than likely find some bad rot at the rear of it, I got rid of my standard roof and sold the tray for £100, Only had one small hole.
