Hi All, gave up on my CVH and decided to go down the Zetec Turbo route,

Bought the ST170 Bottom End and 2.0 Blacktop Head from Davysaff so going to crack on with that.

I currently have what I think is a standard T3 turbo that I dont think will be up to the task.

What turbo do you recommend and what exhaust housing size do you recommend etc.

Looking for as close to 300 hp as possible, ideally wanting to keep the standard RST exhaust manifold.

Whilst im at it can anyone explain what the whole .36 / .38 etc means as I am mega confused lol
