I have a knocking noise coming from my focus the noise was discovered and caused by the rear anti roll bar has broken off and there is no bolt head at the bottom.

Before I can fit the new one does anyone have an idea what i can do to get the other one out as no room underneath to put any mole grips onto it and no room at the top to hammer.
