Really does sound like an air leak then with that code and poor idle.

Have you checked the brake servo,and brake servo hoses?
intake pipe onto throttle body for splits?
inlet manifold gasket?
I had a look on Ford ETIS for any known concerns with that code


(I put in a reg of a Mountune'd ST and searched by vin... nothing came up)
