There arent many options for a lot of power with this engine. Youre better foo going for an engine swap to get cheaper gains.
If you are competant you can do a zetec 2.0 swap for a grand, using a Fenspeed mount or making your own, then you have 130bhp already.

To get the endura up to that level will cost you a lot in custom parts, or sourcing ford racing products that are hard to come by.

You can fit a puma throttle body to the endura.
