if you cant turn the key in the ignition then the problem is there in the ignition barrel as the key is what releases the steering lock pin.

realistically there isnt much you can do. either smash the steering lock pin in the column, or replace the column with a new one.

the problem is you cant remove the ignition barrel (the key part) without being able to turn the key as it needs to be in position 1 or 2 to push the release pin.
