No need to change the shocks too, don't buy the cheapest springs you can find as they won't last long, but a pattern part from euro car parts or something will be fine. A garage will probably charge an hour and a half labour to do the job i'd have thought. Don't even consider driving it until it's repaired, chances are the loose end of the spring will end up in the tyre.
