Hi, I have a Mk1 Escort bubble arched rally car in the process of restoration. Shell is completely bare right now, mostly solid, but some of the previous mods and rust bug have to be addressed. Bought a shed load of panels and have a trusted bodyshop to look after it. It has an Atlas 5 linked in the back and will have a new floor, front and rear panels, inner wings, sills,etc. Usual stuff. it was a team car of some description, don't know it's pedigree, papers were transferred to another shell after a roll. It's had a new roof and lease of life as a club championship car and now belongs to me to do whatever with. Had loads of ideas, but, doubt they will come to fruition because of pressure at work. So, I'm going to pass it on at some point during the build to someone who has the time to attend to it properly. I'll pop some photos on at some point. Watch this space!! Mark K.
