it wasnt hydro locked no took injectors out and they were replaced back as they came out

i turn car over and its like its not getting fuel but theres fuel getting to the injectors bt just wont fire up its like injectors aint letting the diesel in

does the icu inside the wing control the injectors operating as checked that and its not wet and its too high up to of even got wet
