You are still wrong though, the problem with your drawing is it shows the thermo switch inline with the fan, meaning all the current drawn by the fan motors will pass through the thermo switch. The switches can't take this kind of current and will fail. The thermo switch should be on the coil side of the relay,meaning the only current it sees is the few milliamps needed to energise the relay.
And the fuse should be the first thing in the circuit when the feed leaves the battery, any components or wiring before the fuse are unprotected should they short to earth.
And it doesn't matter if you didn't use it, it is still there for others to use. I just hope no one uses the drawing then has a problem causing a fire...
