any oil that is simillar to the ford Sepcification will be fine, do not use a synthetic oil in the gearbox as they tend to "slip" more and then you will get further problems with heat and changing gear. just need a good quality minieral oil.
below are the equivialnt oils that could be used or anything simmilar to their spec.
