A good friend is looking to get a focus rs. What is the power limits on the standard engine? Obviously he is happy to add bolt on bits ie intercooler, turbo, manifolds etc. He wants about 350 to 380bhp. Is this possible on stock internals? He doesnt want to pull the engine apart until it breaks but also doesnt really want to run it right on its limits.

Any solid info would be great. Cheers.
