Default Ford KA 2001 1.3, floppy brakes and clutch

Hello,

Have a 2001 Ford KA, I have replaced the clutch as there was a knocking noise coming from the clutch, turns out pressure plate straps had broken, new clutch fitted all went well...
I now cannot engage gears when the clutch is depressed, I have bled the clutch several times, no air bubbles at all but the pedal still feels limp and not doing a lot. To make things worse the brakes also now feel as though they have got air in them, bled those as well, again no air bubbles.
I have bled three of the pipes coming from the master cylinder itself but again no luck.

Is there something I am missing?? has anyone got any ideas??? as I really do not want to take it to the garage!

Also if someone could check on the same year KA for me does the servo and whole unit move/lean forward when the brakes are applied?? would be helpful to know if everyones servo moves about??
