No mate not even close! You will need management and forged pistons and rods either way, but for a ZT you need no head work, cam or custom manifolds to achieve your target BHP of 250..... get a black top, build your forged bottom end, use ST valve springs (or devil developments, etc) and FRS 1.8mm gasket, FRS exhaust manifold and turbo.... done.
