White smoke usually points to injector faults on these, or lack of compression.

Glo plugs usually snap off flush in the head at the end of the thread, they're only a small size plug. Inlet manifold needs removing to access the plugs/wiring.

Glo-plug relay is in battery junction box (fuse box next to battery)

Glo plug light flashing when running acts as an engine management fault light.
