Just had a look and F8 feeds the glo-plug relay pin 5, can't see on the wiring diagram it has anything to do with the fan (on a diesel).
You may have a glo-plug or glo-plug wiring, short to ground. Glo-plugs snap off on these like carrots unfortunately.
Is it white smoke, black smoke?
hi there , thanks for that , its white smoke , but must admit did not take much notice . where is the glow plug relay , and where do they snap off ,[in the head]. these cars seem to suffer a lot with this flashing light
