the fan wiring is fairly good, but on occasions that i've seen the wiring exposed to the elements it does seem that it suffers much more than any other plug, especially so close to the rad when the actual wires are run between all the fan arms

ah right . after taping up the wire which had rubbed , i left the plug diss connected to fan motor , and the fuse still blows . i can get it started after cranking for a while , but it runs awful ,no power , smokes and lumpy . maybe the fuse thing is just a coincedence but im sure its related somewhere . dont really want to take it to dealer , as i have already picked there brains , but the person i spoke too dont seem to clever
