In installing the SSD drive and fresh copy of the OS (which one by the way?) it believes that the folder belongs to someone else. You may have used the same username but they are all converted to numerics - and obviously what it's created this time does not match the old value.

Did you click on the "continue" as shown in your picture? And if so what happened?
