How do u go about running just the electric pump and no abs? Is it as easy as disconnecting the abs or not? All my sensors are knackered so I need to disconnect.

yes, do just that, there will be white round plugs mounted in the engine bay along the front of the chassis rails somewhere, there will be grommets running through the chassis rails to secure these plugs so just make sure they go back into the proper holes when you slot them back in again
