The original 4 pot fronts are a bloody good caliper, just a bit heavy. Decent refurbed set from Big red etc with good pads and quality discs is all you need for a standard or mildly modded car.
Well said Paul, I actually never replaced them in the end, just changed the the discs to grooved ones and changed the pads to yellow stuff EBC ones and dot 5 fluid, did loads of track days without any braking issues apart from warping front discs quiet often, LOL.
