I have an 1800 pinto engine. My plan was to buy a 2 litre, bore it to 2.1. I have read that the 1800 is basically and under bored 2 litre. Is this right, and if so could I just have the 1800 bored to 2.1 or should I scrap that and start with a 2 litre?
