Could do I suppose but it runs fine with easy start so to me it should be ok. You need to be checking the fuel pressures first then seeing if the injectors are leaking off. I work on diesels all day and majority of the time its a faulty injector or fuel pressure fault. Make sure your not drawing air in anywhere as thus can cause non start issues.
