Thanks for the replies , the floor isn't rotten just the jacking area is a mess from previous owners , I have a pin puller from when I used to do bodywork will give it a go,
Would think the metal would be too tough for the puller but will try before cutting the floor , have to do it this winter otherwise I will probably never do it !
