i have a stage 3 T3 for an escort rst, it has .48 exhaust, cosworth compressor (not sure if its 2 or 4wd spec) and a 360 degree thrust bearing.
Is this the equivalent of a sierra cosworth stage 1?

Also what is the safe max boost limit for a stage 3?
