Why are the figures so important ? If you came for a ride in my car and I let you guess at the BHP I can guarantee you would say a lot higher than 422 at the flywheel!! It drives like an animal and I can say with no bullshit I have had a race with a 2012 twin turbo Porsche 911 540 bhp and it really struggled to match the acceleration of my car. The owner was shocked and said he was really trying and could not believe how quick it was! It is really struggling for grip now so I think it is just about spot on. If it had a lot more power it would be almost undriveable in the lower gears ! Cheers Richard.
That's what a good Cosworth is all about, great fun & punching well above its class! Be interesting to see the comparative power to weight ratios with your car being tuned. I'm looking at a 996 turbo for my next car, pretty epic cars.
