The new series of 'Builders from Hell' has been set back from being aired this spring.

Whilst filming with hidden CCTV cameras a plumber was caught shagging one of the home owners dogs!

The homeowner took the said plumber to court sueing him for imotional distress to the dog!

However the judge dimissed the case on the grounds he was.....
