Good point bout cap head bolts on the diff mount, hadn't thought about the part yet, lol

So the second and third last pic, think it be better to take off the lip on the hoop or take a little off the diff casing? I won't go into the actual diff champer will I? It feels pretty solid, ie just part of the casing.

And thanks mark for the heads up on cleaning off the paint.
