I have spoken directly to the person that ordered the vans and the managing director for the contract. It was 100% an error and the only reason we haven't had the limiters removed is the cost per van to have it done.

Our new vans in 2015 will not be limited.

Academic now anyway as I've handed it back and reverted to my car and mileage claims.
